It is human nature that when we have something, we do not want to lose it.

Sex drive is one of those things.

As we get older, sex gets harder. But it doesn’t have to. Just like in the tech world, it’s all about having the right stack. A vertical tower of power. And you actually have to take action if you want to keep the spice flowing.

Here is my list of what raises your libido and keeps your erections strong:

Vasodilator Meds

Cialis, Viagra, and the generic versions are not only great for long-lasting erections, but research is starting to show they may also help athletes with quicker recovery, improved oxygen efficiency, and overall aerobic performance.

So yes, they help in the bedroom… but they may be doing more behind the scenes than people realize.

Rings

FirmTech and other well-designed, safe penis rings can do more than just sit there. Some provide data, but more importantly, they help strengthen erections during sexual activity.

They also feel great and increase sensation. Simple, effective, and underrated.

Supplements

There are a lot of ways nature can kickstart your drive. Yohimbe, ginseng, maca, and more. I go deeper into these in the Prostranal book.

At a certain point, there’s every reason to include some of these in your daily routine. Even something as simple as mushroom powders (Reishi) mixed into your coffee can give you an extra edge.

Eating Right

Low sugar, minimal alcohol, lower fat, less grease, and not overeating are the basics.

I’m not saying you can’t cheat 5–10% of the time, but if you want to keep enjoying sexual pleasure as you age, you should be eating better. It shows up.

Highly recommend ginger and garlic as well. One of my favorite things is a morning ginger shot. Throw raw ginger in a blender with a little lemon water and drink it. Add cayenne if you want an extra kick.

It wakes you up fast and gets blood flowing where it counts.

Exercise

This not only helps with stamina in bed, it keeps blood and oxygen rich. Pretty obvious, but still ignored by a lot of people.

The only challenge is not overdoing it. If you crush yourself in a workout, you might be too tired to function the rest of the day.

Honestly, that’s probably my biggest issue. I work out so hard sometimes that all I want to do after is sit on the couch and eat for the rest of the evening.

Not exactly peak performance.

Regular Check-Ins with Your Doctor

Your physician should be one of your best resources.

If you’re not having regular conversations or doing a yearly physical, you’re missing out. They can catch things early and help keep you on track.

And no, they are not scared to talk about sex or prostate play. They’ve heard it all. They’re not judging you.

That said, maybe don’t pick a doctor who lives right next door. It might feel a little strange seeing them every morning after they’ve seen your butthole in the exam room.

The Secret Unlocked

That’s the stack.

Go out and validate it yourself. Find someone in their 70s or 80s who is still thriving sexually, and you’ll usually find some version of this in place.

There’s nothing like seeing the enjoyment and fire in their eyes when they talk about it. You can tell it’s real.

Of course, serious health issues can shut things down. That’s just reality. Which is exactly why I encourage younger and middle-aged people to take this seriously now.

Do the work early.

Because later… you either built the system, or you didn’t.
