All billing and account information is accurate and complete
Orders may be limited, refused, or canceled at our discretion

All sales are considered final except as expressly outlined in our Refund Policy.

4. Refunds, Returns & Final Sale Items

Due to the nature of our products—including intimate wellness products, digital goods, downloadable content, and educational materials—most items sold through the Services are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

However, if an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers may be eligible for a replacement or refund as described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To request assistance, customers must contact us by replying to the order confirmation email within the timeframe stated in the Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection or payment card regulations.

5. Digital Products

Violation may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

6. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize PRSTN ENTERPRISES to charge your payment method on a recurring basis as disclosed at checkout.

Subscriptions:

Automatically renew unless canceled prior to renewal
Are billed at the interval stated at purchase
May be subject to price changes with advance notice

Subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

7. Adult Content Disclaimer

Some content and products available through the Services may be adult-oriented or intended for mature audiences.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Arbitration Agreement & Waiver of Class Actions

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration, where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
