Once an order has been processed and handed off to the fulfillment provider or shipping carrier, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipment. Processing times may vary due to product availability, production timelines, or order volume.

Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues
PRSTN ENTERPRISES is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly and notify us by replying to the order confirmation email so we may assist where possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by replying to your order confirmation email. Requests must include your order number and photo evidence, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
International Shipping
