Final Sale Items
All intimate wellness products, including but not limited to silicone devices, accessories, and any product intended for personal or hygienic use, are final sale and not eligible for return or refund once delivered. This policy is in place to protect customer health, safety, and hygiene.
Books & Printed Materials
Books and printed educational materials are also final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once shipped, except in cases of damage or fulfillment error as outlined below.

Digital Products & Downloadable Content
All digital products, downloadable materials, and online content are non-refundable once access has been granted or a download has occurred.
