Last year, I started logging my prostate pleasure sessions in a journal to see what they look like on paper.
Not because I wanted to break records, but because there is surprisingly little real-world information about what consistent prostate exploration actually looks like over time. Most conversations focus on whether prostate orgasms are possible. I became much more interested in a different question:
What happens after hundreds of sessions?
Based on my logs from 2025, here's a rough estimate of what a year looked like.
The Numbers
These are estimates based on my journal, not laboratory measurements.
- Sessions: approximately 120-150
- Average frequency: 2-3 sessions per week
- Average session length: 30-60 minutes
- Total exploration time: roughly 60-150 hours
- Sessions that ended early (digestive issues, etc.): about 10%
- Typical P-Gasms per successful session: approximately 50-100
- Estimated total P-Gasms for the year: somewhere between 5,500 and 13,500
- Super-O experiences: usually 1-3 per session, with many sessions producing none and others producing several
- Typical Super-O duration: 2-10 minutes
- Longest Super-O: approximately 1 hour. It remains one of the most intense altered states I've ever experienced, unlike anything I expected before beginning this journey.
- Most fearful moment: My wife came home early from work. Hearing someone enter the house, I was convinced it was a break-in. My first thought? "Who is this going to be more awkward for?"
Just for Fun... The Math
One thing I became curious about was total fluid production over the year.
If an average session produced roughly 1-2 tablespoons of combined ejaculatory and prostatic fluid, then across approximately 120-150 sessions, the yearly total works out to:
- 120-300 tablespoons
- Approximately 60-150 fluid ounces
- Or roughly 0.5 to 1.2 gallons
That's a surprisingly large amount when you add it all together.
Recovery Patterns
One of the most consistent patterns I noticed had nothing to do with the orgasms themselves.
The strongest sessions almost always occurred after allowing my body time to recover.
For me, the sweet spot was typically 3-5 days between sessions. Waiting 2-3 weeks often produced exceptionally powerful experiences. After many sessions, I also noticed an increase in spontaneous erections that lasted for roughly three days afterward. Whether that's neurological, hormonal, circulatory, psychological, or some combination of all four remains an open question.
Where This Goes Next
The exciting part is that this is only the beginning.
Today's smartwatches continuously measure heart rate, heart rate variability, stress, sleep quality, skin temperature, movement, and other physiological signals. I'm currently exploring ways to correlate those measurements with prostate pleasure sessions to see if meaningful patterns emerge.
Could HRV predict a stronger session? Does recovery follow measurable trends? Are there physiological signatures before or after a Super-O?
I don't know yet.
But someone has to start asking the questions.
Until larger clinical studies arrive, personal logging may become one of the most valuable tools we have for understanding this largely unexplored area of human sexual wellness. My hope is that by sharing both the successes and the failures, others will be inspired to collect thoughtful data of their own.
Sometimes discovery doesn't begin in a laboratory.
Sometimes it begins with curiosity, consistency... and a spreadsheet.
Who knows... this might be the sequel to Prostranal one day.
