1. Fact: We all begin with the anus forming before the mouth. During early embryonic development, humans are deuterostomes, meaning the embryo's first opening develops into the anus while the mouth forms later. So yes... in a very technical sense, we all started out as assholes. 😄

2. Fact: In some parts of Asia, prostate massage is far less taboo than it is in the West. In certain settings, it's viewed as just another trip to the health spa.

3. Fact: Most people spend more time researching a new television than learning how their own body works. We compare specs, reviews, and prices for hours, yet many of us receive almost no practical education about our own anatomy and pleasure.

4. Fact: The vagus nerve works hand in hand with the nerves of your pelvic floor and urogenital system. Think of it as the body's relaxation switch. The more you calm your nervous system through slow breathing and relaxation, the easier it becomes for your pelvic nerves to do what they do best: help you experience deeper pleasure.

5. Fact: You do not need an erection or ejaculation to experience a prostate orgasm. Orgasm, erection, and ejaculation are related, but they are separate biological processes.

6. Fact: You don't have to identify as gay to enjoy prostate stimulation. Anatomy doesn't have a sexual orientation.

7. Fact: The prostate produces roughly 20 to 30 percent of the fluid found in semen. Despite being only about the size of a walnut, it plays an important role in reproduction.

8. Fact: Your prostate naturally changes as you age. For many people, it gradually enlarges over time, and tiny areas of slow-growing prostate cancer can develop without ever causing symptoms. That's why many older prostate-owners die with prostate cancer rather than from it. Also, researchers have found a connection between high levels of testosterone and prostate cancer.

9. Fact: Prostate stimulation isn't a modern invention. Historical traditions discussed in my book describe intimate practices being taught to kings, princes, and members of elite circles as part of broader teachings on pleasure and sexual skill.

10. Fact: I once met someone who had actually named their prostate Pauly. I don't know if Pauly appreciated the attention, but judging by the smile on his owner's face, I'd say they had a pretty good friendship. 😄

11. Fact: A reported Guinness World Record once involved stretching the anus to approximately the size of a softball. I haven't been able to verify the original Guinness listing, but it's one of the more unusual pieces of trivia I've come across.

12. Fact: A  63-year-old man had so many prostate orgasms that he couldn’t stop having them. He became addicted and a British researcher wrote a review paper about the experience. The funny part is that he would have random orgasms for months and he had a neck injury that would become painful when he had the orgasmic spasms —kind of like laughing with bruised ribs.

13. Not exactly a fact... more like a challenge. You can experience a prostate orgasm in 30 days. My book and online training course are designed to give you the tools to make it happen. Of course, it depends on your health history, consistency, and mindset. For some people, it happens in less than 30 days. For others, it takes a little longer. There's only one way to find out.
